“Ekranas” lost to Swiss club
Lithuanian champions continue the series of control matches and on Tuesday they were beaten by “Young boys” Berne (Switzerland) 4:0 in a friendly match.
After the first half, thanks to mistakes in defence, the team missed four goals and had to accept the rivals’ advantage.
In the first half of the match “Ekranas” successfully destroyed the opponents’attacks and spin attacks by themselves controlled a ball.
The trouble began in the second half of the match, when the D. Gleveckas and T. Markevičius came to the pitch. The defender committed a foul and the penalty was scored by Costanzo at 56 minute. After a few minutes, the Swiss club used "Ekranas" defense gaps and, within 10 minutes, scored 2 more goals. At 61 min.B. Khalifa scored and at 64 min. - Vitkieviec, at 69 min. Martinez scored one more goal.
The match took place in Spain, Marbella football stadium training base.
